Deleting your account

From inside the app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Tap the settings icon in the top right.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Close account.
4. Read what will be deleted, type DELETE, and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately. There is no waiting period and nothing is kept in reserve.

What is deleted

• Your artist account and sign-in details
• Your clients and everything recorded about them
• Appointments, past and upcoming
• Messages and conversations
• Payment records, deposits and takings
• Forms, submitted requests and reference photos
• Disclaimers, policies and the signatures collected against them
• Your website, its pages and its published history

What is kept, and for how long

Nothing is retained after deletion. Encrypted database backups may hold a copy for up to 7 days before they roll off; those backups are used only to recover from failure and are never read to restore a closed account.

If you cannot reach the app

Email the address listed on the app's store page from the address on your account, asking for deletion. Expect it to be done within 30 days.
